A. Cancellation of Orders

If you would like to cancel your order, please contactl us as fast as possible. The order only can be canceled if it is not handed over to carriers. If the order is already shipped out, it is not able to be canceled and we'll confirm with you about further processing.

B. Customs Tariffs & Taxes

Orders shipped from China are now delivered on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. This means you need to process the customs clearance, pay the possible tariffs & taxes. You can contact us for DDP terms (Delivery Duty Paid), which means you just wait for final delivery and our shipping agent will handle everything.

C. Wrong Products

If you receive an item that you think it is faulty or wrong, please contact us in 15 days. Our customer support will help you check what happened and arrange return or replacements.

D. Serious Returns Caused by Customs Clearance

If the local customs tariffs, other costs or customs clerance are not complete by the consignee, the order will be returned to Frankhumotor. Once we receive your package, the order moeny can be refunded after deducting any fees for returning. If you are not familiar with customs fees and charges, please contact your local postal or customs office for more 

information.

E. Warranty

Frankhumotor guarantees the product for ONE YEAR WARRANTY after delivery.

Warranty solutions: Repair, Replace products or parts, Refund, etc.

Warranty fields: Defects, Not Normal Performance, Function Loss, etc。
