A. How to ship products?

The order will be usually shipped by international expresses such as FedEx, UPS, DHL and you can also give us your own express account to collect the order from our warehouse instead. The economy shipment ways by sea or train are also available. Please feel free to ask us what is the fastest or lowest shipping way.

B. How can I track my order?

A tracking number will be sent to your Email address as long as your package is collected by the courier and please check your in-box or spam folder. You can track the package from the express company website. If the payment is finished by PayPal, the tracking number could be also shared in PayPal.

C. How Long the shipping time will be?

The below are the general shipping days from different express companies.

UPS SAVER EXPRESS within 4-8 business days.
DHL EXPRESS within 3-7 business days.
FedEX EXPRESS within 4-8 business days.

D. How much the customs tariffs & taxes will be charged?

The customs tariffs & taxes could be charged based on the local customs policies and the express company will contact you to process the customs clearance and tariffss.
