A. Warranty

The warranty of all Frankhumotor's products is one year after the order is delivered successfully. 

B. Return & Refund

The products can be acceptable for return in one unused or resalable condition within 30 days after delivery. A 20% restocked cost will be deducted from the order refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable. And also any missed items will be deducted from the refund. The refund will be processed after Frankhumotor receives the returns and the money will be returned to the original account that you paid.

Please note that Frankhumotor does not accept returns for customized products unless they are defective.
