This Leadshine 42 mm (NEMA 17) 2-phase hybrid stepper motor series includes the 42CM02, 42CM04, 42CM06, and 42CM08 models, offering holding torque options of 0.2 N·m, 0.4 N·m, 0.6 N·m, and 0.8 N·m within a standard 42 × 42 mm frame. Body lengths scale with torque at 33 mm, 39 mm, 47 mm, and 60 mm respectively, while all models share a precise 1.8° step angle, a Φ5 mm shaft (4.5 mm flat), and rated phase currents of 1.0–1.5 A for the standard variants (with 2.5 A options available on the higher-torque models), operating on a typical 24–48 VDC supply. Designed for high torque, low heat generation, and smooth, consistent performance, this scalable series is well suited to precision motion axes in 3D printers, CNC routers and engravers, automated production equipment, laboratory and medical instruments, and general industrial automation requiring reliable open-loop positioning across light to moderate loads.
