This Leadshine 110 mm (NEMA 42) hybrid stepper motor series includes the 110CM12, 110CM20, and 110CM28 models, offering holding torque options of 12 N·m, 20 N·m, and 28 N·m respectively within a standard 110 × 110 mm frame. Body lengths scale with torque at 115 mm, 150 mm, and 201 mm, while all models share a precise 1.8° step angle, 4-wire bipolar wiring, a Φ19 mm shaft, and IP40 protection. Rated phase current is 6.0 A for the 110CM12 and 6.5 A for the higher-torque models, with the series known for high torque density, low heat generation, low noise, and smooth operation. This combination of scalable high torque and stable performance makes the series well suited to demanding motion axes in CNC routers and engraving machines, laser processing equipment, heavy-duty automation lines, packaging machinery, and industrial robotics requiring reliable open-loop positioning under substantial loads.
