The BLD-750 DC brushless motor driver is a high-performance product independently developed by Frankhumotor, specifically designed for medium-power low-voltage DC brushless motors. The BLD-750 is suitable for three-phase DC brushless motors with a power rating of 750W or less. Designed with advanced DSP control technology, this product features high torque, low noise, low vibration, and fast start/stop characteristics. It also features PID closed-loop control for both current and speed, as well as protection functions such as overvoltage, undervoltage, overcurrent, and overtemperature. It achieves a seamless integration of manual speed regulation, analog voltage speed regulation from a host computer, and pulse frequency speed regulation from a host computer.
Key Features:
- Hall angle 60°/300°, 120°/240° electrical angle selection.
- Can be applied to host computers (PLC or MCU, etc.) for PWM or analog speed regulation.
- Smooth torque output and stable speed at high speeds; high torque output at low speeds.
- Overcurrent, overvoltage, undervoltage, stall, illegal Hall signal, and temperature protection.
- Supports built-in potentiometer, external potentiometer, and analog voltage speed regulation.
- Overload protection setting: P-sv can set motor protection parameters for different power levels.
- Communication function, controller speed regulation, speed display, and other functions (requires separate purchase).

Digital Control Signal Ports
- DC+/DC-: DC voltage input terminal (DC18V~DC50V)
- U, V, W: Motor phase wires
- Hu, Hv, Hw: Hall signal wires
- VCC: Hall power +
- SV: External speed regulation. Leave floating when using internal speed regulation.
- F/R: Direction. Floating or high level indicates forward rotation; low level indicates reverse rotation.
- EN: Control signal enable terminal. High level stops; low level runs.
- BRK Brake. Low level for normal operation; high level stops.
- ALARM: Alarm signal output terminal
Interface Function Description
Start and Stop (EN)
- The motor runs automatically after the driver is powered on.
- Connecting the EN terminal and the DC- terminal can control the stop of the motor. (The control logic level can be reversed via the host computer).
- By connecting a switch between DC- and EN or using a PLC to control its on/off state, the motor can be switched between start and stop.
Quick Stop (BRK)
- The motor runs automatically after the driver is powered on.
- Connecting the BRK terminal and the DC- terminal can control the motor to brake and stop quickly. (The control logic level can be reversed via the host computer).
- By connecting a switch between DC- and BRK or using a PLC to control its on/off state, the motor can be switched between start and brake.
Direction Control (DIR)
- The motor runs automatically according to the DIR setting after the driver is powered on.
- Connecting the DIR terminal and the DC- terminal can control the motor's direction change. (The control logic level can be reversed via the host computer).
- By connecting a switch between DC- and DIR or using a PLC to control its on/off state, the motor's direction can be switched.
Note: Observing from the direction of the motor shaft, clockwise rotation of the motor shaft is forward rotation, and vice versa is reverse rotation.
