This 50 mm brushed DC planetary gearbox motor (50WJ88-YS series) delivers up to 35 N·m of holding torque across a wide speed range of 2.1 to 1,080 RPM, operating on 12–24 VDC with a rated power of 42 W and an integrated power-off electromagnetic brake for fail-safe load holding. The Φ50 mm round brushed motor is coupled to a Φ50 mm planetary gearbox, available in reduction ratios from 3.7:1 to 900:1, Class B insulation, a Φ12 mm keyed output shaft, and a body length of roughly 151.5–194.3 mm (brake version adds length) at approximately 1.5–1.9 kg. Its combination of compact 50 mm frame, high gear reduction, and power-off braking makes it well suited to household appliances, office automation equipment, banking machines, medical devices, intelligent robots, automated guided vehicles (AGV/AMR), packaging and material handling systems, and industrial automation axes where reliable load holding on power loss and high-torque low-speed drive are essential.
