This 57BLF series 3-phase brushless DC motor delivers 60 W to 250 W of output power at 3000 RPM, powered by 24 VDC (with a 36 VDC option for the 250 W model), within a standard 57 × 57 mm NEMA 23 frame. It features an 8-pole design with 120° Hall effect sensors for smooth electronic commutation, available in models offering continuous torque from 0.2 N·m to 0.8 N·m and rated currents of 3.33 A to 10 A, with body lengths ranging from 59 mm to 122 mm and weights of 0.61 kg to 1.59 kg. Built with Class B insulation, a maximum radial load of 115 N, and compatibility with 36/42/57 mm gearboxes for further torque multiplication, this series is well suited to compact automation equipment, engravers, medical instruments, textile machinery, stage lighting, and other precision motion systems requiring long-life, low-maintenance brushless operation.
